Each Financial Year (April to April) the Parish Council is required to submit an audit return regarding its Governance and Finance - the 'AGAR' submission. Where a Parish Council's income and expenditure are both less than £25,000 then the Parish Council can request to be exempt from the 'AGAR' process - and Church Lawford PC operates in this way. We are required to have an audited set of accounts however, and to include detail from these in our request for exemption.
